So when it's snowing outside, or I am too old and infirm to drive, will Zark Muckerberg's Metaverse allow me to drive a Shelby Mustang in The Matrix?
"Low she sits on five spoke wheels
Small block eight so live she feels
There she's parked beside the curb
Engine revving to disturb
She's the princess from his past
Red paint gold stripes damned she's fast"

Hopefully, in the future, that's not the one and only place where we'll be allowed to drive our ICE cars.

Actually I've thought about this a lot.

There may be a place in Virtuality that I can drive my cars without having to wory about other hazards?

I'd consider that.

My personal feeling is that we are constantly being observed by others. I don't think that is because we are threats to the Universe, just a significant curiosity to other forms of life that we are of enough substance that they are curious as to what makes us tick?

If I suggested to you that no story that we imagine is our own and everything that has been written is from the "cloud" and already done somewhere else would that touch something in your head? Think about UFO's as guided tours to see us in our natural habitats? Like us taking a cruise to see the whales.

Maybe from the past? Maybe from the future? Maybe from former biological beings such as ourselves that have evolved into immortal artificial life?

After all, Heaven isn't necessarily an actual place, but more of a philosophical "what if"? And if I can drive my cars however I want to in a virtual setting forever, that could be Heaven and I'm on the verge of accepting that as a deal.  ;)

Maybe I won't need to have street and race tires?  :o

I sure do remember the outcome for the inventor.  Life is full of ironies.

Zucky has a nice cliff in front of his Kauai estate.  Doubt that he will make an effort to use it  unless he is unwillingly assisted in the effort to use it. 8)
