I have no affiliation with this car, and I emailed the owner to get a picture of the Shelby Tag, and he responded with no picture or Shelby number:

1968 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500KR. Special order Candy Apple Red with black interior. Has the numbers matching 428 cobra jet motor with 4 speed transmission. The car is a factory AC car as well. The car has all original black shelby interior that has never been taken out of the car. The car has one repaint in 2006 with correct factory code paint for the entire body and engine bay as well. I purchased the car from the previous owner who had owned it since 1970. Car has 67,000 original miles on it. This GT500KR comes with copies of the original order form from Reynolds Ford Dealership along with a copy of the original bill of sale for her. She also has a full Marti Report that comes along with it verifying all the factory numbers and options. I am asking $140,000 but am open to serious offers on her, please do your homework before making an offer or calling. I also don't need help selling the car so no brokers or car reps thanks! This is one of higher optioned shelbys that came out of ford in 1968 and is an absolutely awesome vehicle to drive! If you have any questions or would like to setup a time to see it feel free to shoot me a call or text show contact info
I always find it interesting how people price cars.
It's on eBay now.

looked at this a year ago, has wrong intake, carb setup, firewall and floorpan repairs ( chessey) seller bought from a neighbor, who had passed, was very weird to talk to and very defensive about car....overpriced IMO.
Please attach the link. Thanks!

Just an observation here...the car is missing several high dollar parts.
I subscribe to the theory a seller can ask whatever they want for their car....
Ya it is...
Love that fuel line. 99% of people at the local shows wouldn't know the difference. ;D
So true, but see may original comment....I am amazed at how people pick their price points.
