Did the 1966 Shelbys use a FORD warranty owners card?

I haven't seen one . I guess they didn't need one for a 90 day or 4,000 miles warranty .

No . Several original owners I have known over the years all said no warranty card. Ford wasn't "tracking" the cars then. Service parts ( unique SAI parts) had to come from SAI , they were not in the Ford parts system yet. Ford had no obligation to do warranty work on them. If a dealer did work on one the warranty was submitted to SAI , not Ford.
