4/68 350, 4spd, a/c vert would this be the original box ?
OA26- something about this casting date seems wrong to me.
C7ZR 3550A

Tag reads - SMBF OEI3B

Tried to post a couple of pics but system timed out on me.

No. That is a 1970 dated steering box.

If it has power steering I would expect to see SMB-K with an appropriate date code.

Thanks guys... and I was going to send this out to be re-built. I'll find a correct one and then have it re-built. Sorta surprised to find this box in the car, it only had 47k original miles on it 7 years ago when I got it.
