Looking for a Non N Nodular Case with Late 67 Date. By late im talking November or December. I think there were batches made in both months. Can be a bare case or complete. Thanks
Are you referring to the SPEC case?
To clarify before I PM you ,are you looking for the case without the words SPEC or N on it used on many 68 Shelby's ?
;)......
I am looking for the Double ribbed case that does not have the N on it. Dated late 67 early Jan 68. Not the spec case. Looks just like the N case but no N.
Yes Bob.
I have a Dec 67 (7M ..) Nodular case, I forget the actual day , with a 3.91 open.
I can check the actual date in the morning , and take pics.
let me know if you are still interested.

Spec marked case was used through out the 67 production year. A non Spec ,non N nodular case it what is typically expected in your 68 GT500 . The earliest month date I have seen is a August 67 on a non N nodular case which was in a early 68 GT500 .
So, both cases above would be correct, right?

They look typical to ones seen on 68 Shelby's IMO .
