Have I missed the boat? Is it too late for me to order?
Ordered.
I feel like Ralphy waiting for his top secret little orphan Annie decoder!
Another day and nothing in the mail. Sad, so sad 😭
The wife is getting really irratated with my constant finger tapping waiting for the delivery. 8)
Why do the french get the registry first? They screwed us out of a Ford GT win.
Have they shipped yet?

Why are the streets of Paris lined with trees?
(Oops, I can't believe I just said that. PM me for the answer if interested and if you are not politically correct... like me)

It arrived in Maryland. Looks great, reads well and can be followed to swat big bugs 🕷
Thanks the great volume
Who has gotten a email notice from SAAC prior to their registry shipping?
I never received anything after ordering mine. All I have is the charge that showed up on my credit card. Still waiting here in Canada along with most others.

Hey Tony - did yours arrived roughed up, or is it the lighting in the picture? I'm hoping mine makes it through in great shape. 👍🏻

I believe it's the lighting, both 65 and now 66 registries came in great condition.
Good luck on yours
Just got mine! Very impressive! Truly a great body of work.
Got mine Saturday in KY. Simply awesome !! Thanks to all involved 👍
Got mine today ! A wealth of knowledge . Disappointed to not find more on Hertz program . Still over all best stuff from SAAC. MG
Mine showed up in SC today 8)
Arrived today in the PNW!
Got mine today. Yea...

Just got mine in San Antonio, TX!!! Can't wait to crack it open. And, mine looks to have come through in great shape. 8)
Sadly, there is a problem with p.23 in the new '66 Registry. There are errors of commission and omission and, wouldn't you know, it's probably the most important page in the whole book. I've made those in management aware of the 'glitch" and a "fix" will be announced in the near future. :(
Got it in AU - looks great, not my pic against the car (but hey, they all look the same :))
Got mine today in Northern Calif. Arrived in nice condition even though these are not boxed or padded in any way. I would be willing to pay a bit more for more secure packaging.
Just a thought. Very impressive publication worth every penny!

Mine showed up in Albuquerque on Tuesday and in great condition. My compliments and thanks to those who obviously worked very hard to compile and create such a quality publication!
Why can I not keep myself from repeatedly smelling my new registry?

it's the patented SAAC new car smell that is infused in the pages...
Haven't received mine yet but hey, I was late to the party. I understand my poem about 843 made it to print.
Stan, I agree with you regarding the errors on page 23, but you were much to polite in your comments. Something like " Howard, Rick, why didn't you send a copy to one of us to proofread before you published it?" would be more like it. Grabber Orange? Raven Black not listed, as they say on Monday Night football C'mon Man! I hope the binding glue holds up long enough for me to read it. Thanks, Denny
Received in Carpinteria, CA today. Corners a little bent, but overall in good condition. Would pay a little extra for box shipping versus thin plastic that was partially torn.
Will they be for sale at the SAAC convention?
DZ
Received my 66 Registry in the mail today. In mint condition. The photography is outstanding and some of it is quite dramatic with crashes and many interesting stories accompanying each particular car. A hell of a lot of work went into this publication and I highly recommend it.
Best,
Richard E.
Got mine today. Info as always is great but the binding already separated and shipping was pretty rough. As others have said I would gladly pay more for better shipping

Agree Richard, love the histories and stories. Well done
As usual the content is outstanding. I was up till 230 last night looking thru mine. Saw a nice picture of 6S429 which I would see every now and then back in high school ( early 80s).
Got mine in Colorado today. It is in good shape, and looks like a great read. Much appreciation to all who put it together. Ron
Now that I have it I have stetted reading through starting with my car. I have found a couple of mistakes I would like to be corrected. I know we are not going to start over but at least a correction in the archive. Who do I contact? Howard?

Yeah Howard is the man
Received my registry. Pleased overall. Great content. It was a little beat up. I also would pay extra for boxing.
Received mine and have been slowly working through it. I really like the cover shot, but I am strongly biased!
I am always amazed at the work that goes into these ten year editions when most all of those involved are also dealing with so much else within SAAC, such as conventions, racing, car shows, Shelby American magazine, answers to emails and forum matters, etc.
My good friend Bill Wilson (6S852) just received his new 66Shelby registry! Fabulous and wonderful ! Thanks so much to all involved! Obviously the best with what information is available! Color pictures and wow the collisions pictures ad well! ( mine 6S1680 was apart for 3 1/2 years so I didn't update its info) ;; His binding is falling apart already! If you're getting one; be careful as to not press open any pages with vigor!! Lol ( it would be awesome if ever re-done in a hard back ) ! Congratulations registry organizers
Received mine via polar bear express to just north or Toronto today. Perfect condition and the info on my car is correct this time. Yeah !! Thanks to all who took the time to put this together.
Arrived today in the great white north (Canada), perfect shape, no damage. Great work ! I like the use of colour, and the photos from back in the day.
Also nice to see my photo of 6S2153 from aprox. '69 used 8)
Mike
Finally floated into New Orleans today. Arrived in good shape.

I know of two other owner's whose bindings fell apart within the first day or two. Each one contacted SAAC and received a proper replacement. You may want to mention that to Bill.

Was just looking through the new '66 registry (have had it for a while). I noticed at page 342 it goes from small font on all the pages to large font... is that how all of them were printed?

Think this was brought up when they first came out. My copy is the same and many other expressed the same challenge of glasses on glasses off
