License Plate metal frams

Hi All,
I know this may be different to every State. I'm in Michigan. I am looking for info on what type of plate frame did the dealerships use in 1967. Were they a two bolt frame or 4 bolt frame? Been trying to locate one from the selling dealer of my car. If no luck I will have one made up but would like to use correct frame.
