Are you considering lower valence that needs some work?  Header panel as well.  Send email if you want to see photos.  I have stamped Front air cleaner as well.

Thx

Up For Auction / Re: Mecum - Indianapolis 2024 ...
Last post by shelbyhertz66 - Today at 06:29:16 PM
It would really be nice if some of the Shelby folks who attended Mecum could post what
they saw regarding 6s2374 in person.  I am sure there were quite a few knowledgeable Shelby people
there and some reasons why the bidding stopped at 75K. With the work needed maybe thats all its worth.
It really makes me believe that the BAT auction previously was a lot of fake bidding.

I'm just bringing this subject to the top.

While it's useful to post "wanted" ads, and some helpful members may respond to your request, you will most likely get a lot of scammers telling you to contact certain email addresses.

Just a reminder to be very careful. It's certainly not limited to this board. It's everywhere.

1965 GT350/R-Model / Re: Early GT350 grill badge
Last post by Dan Case - Today at 05:48:23 PM
Quote from: 65GT350dragster on Today at 08:34:22 AMGood call.  I believe the 289 Cobra I reference was upgrade to "Stage III", not Cobra III.

I'm mainly trying to identify the "Cobra I & II" graphics on my Dad's GT350.

Guess, that was an advertisement for the sales of new Cobras, 427 Cobras, and GT350s (second line).

The January 15, 1965 Shelby American parts book there were "COBRA I" and "COBRA II" vehicles. It was very important to tell the parts department what your chassis number was so they knew which parts your car would require. (The race wheels Halibrand created for 427 Cobra as marked "COBRA II" I believe.)

The December 23, 1966 Shelby American parts book there were "Model 1...1963-65" Cobras and "Model 2 in the Cobra series indicates the Cobra 427...".
