Sorry I did not specify, It's for a 1968 Shelby with the deluxe interior

Looking for a nice copy of the early press release for the 1968 Shelby " long lead technical press release" printed late 1967 

Wanted a set of end caps, so far all the end caps I've seen have been nice but the chrome is either pitted or showing it's age.
I also looked into having my end caps re-chromed but have not found any good decals for the insert
High quality decal inserts can be made but the cost seems high for only one set.
I don't know why some one like Scott Drake doesn't take the time to make a good reproduction end cap for the deluxe interiors.

The photo of the transmission mount is on a early GT350 built in Nov 67 and I was hoping to find an explanation for the blue paint, I also agree the mount is a service replacement part.

I have observed the transmission mount and transmission cross member may have been color coded, see photos.
Can anyone else provide additional input on this topic?

Car 006 built Nov 67 has a single VIN number on the drivers side and a double VIN on the passengers side.
It also was double stamped on the Shelby tag.
IMHO there is no value added by these features and only shows some if the inconsistencies during manufacturing.

My car is an early car built in Nov 67, see photo of assembly line lights on my car.

Looking for (1) front turn signal with external ground, see photo.
In photo there is an example of both styles of turn signal, the second and more common has all the wiring held in place to the lamp housing by a clear shrink wrap.

The assembly line parking lights on my car had an external  ground wire  coming off the back of the lamp socket.

Looking for steel wheels with 9 of 67 date code

Looking for a KM 298 upper radiator hose, I have my original hose and don't think it's wise to use it on my 1968 GT 350.
Dose anyone have any leads, I've looked at all the reproduction hoses and have been disappointed .

Tried leaving a personal message on ebay but got no resposce.
Does anyone have any contact information for Dan Patch?
