Cooler Identification

Can anyone identify this cooler?

I have seen similar ones on full size cars. In that case it was turn upside down from the way it is oriented in the picture and mounted on top of the A/C compressor with fined section hanging down in front of the compressor. I am not sure if that is the same as the picture but it looks very similar.

that's a P/S cooler, usually an engineering number stamped in the anchor bracket.

Thanks for in info.  Markings were hidden by heavy paint.

Part number reads 1970 Galaxie.   I would need to check the parts book to see if it fits anything else.
