First, The transmission dipstick tube, Painted? If so, blue or black?
Second, The inspection plate, painted or not? If painted, what color?
Third, The inspection plate attaching bolts, painted or not?
Fourth, Any recommendations on replacement gaskets for the transmission pan?
Fifth, Any recommendations on a replacement "O" ring seal for the dipstick?
Lastly, The dipstick itself, the finger pull at the top, painted or not?
Thanks in advance, Denny
Denny,
Black painted tube
Bare steel inspection plate
Natural finish on attaching bolts
Pan gaskets "were" cork material , I recommend a "fiber" gasket material
Orings must be correct for "solvent" based oils but they are a generic size.
Dipsticks were always natural finish , no paint
Randy
