A local Car Show (started by some buddies as fund raiser for the Kidney Foundation in honor of the Father of one of the guys) had a photo shoot to develop some promotional posters for the event. They asked for a Shelby and the owner of a early Black GT350 was able to bring his car. (it won Gold at SAAC 41)
There were a number of rare and beautiful cars on hand.
Some outtakes of the shoot and two of the three posters that have the Shelby on them...
Sweet!
NICE!
The Black Cobra, Shelby, and Corvette make a neat trio.
The house and cars look period correct..... Love it! ;)
The house is Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens, built by Seiberling (founder of Goodyear Tire & Rubber) and took years to build they imported rooms from great houses in England & Europe.

Great setting for these admired classics. It reminds me of a few of the mansions in Newport. RI. Taking the cliff walk there was an eye opener.
Wow - what great cars and great shots they used.
BTW - what number car is the black 67?
What a majestic backdrop for some great automobiles!
The Cobra looks like it is an AC MkIV?

Yes, I think it is a aluminum bodied version of a (Autocraft?) .
Yesterday (9-16) the show occurred, was delayed one week because of weather.
Here are some photos, weather was great and turnout was good...
There were three '60's Shelby's there, a new Ford GT, and this pesky drone...
Nice! Thanks for posting, JD!
