I have two good alzheimer's moments in my life. My first date with my wife was January first 1975 at Fremont Raceway, pretty easy to remember that one. We were supposed to get married on the 4th of July but found out her best friend was getting married that day so we got married on 5th of July and get this ××× Doctor Love married us 😵💫  Hard to forget that kind of stuff.

Can you post a picture of the exact dash emblem you are looking for?

Also keep in mind that valve springs are cooled by the oil flow and not enough can cause them to get hot and fail faster than they would otherwise. That is the main reason that Nascar engine builders put oil sprayers under the valve covers to help keep the springs cool.

Quote from: Coralsnake on April 30, 2024, 06:53:28 AMThanks for your input. The discussion is related to a very specific application of the part, not a general discussion.

I can also assure you there are people in this forum that are extremely aware of the resources used to identify parts and assembly procedures.

I think Kendrick's was just trying to be helpful,So no need to try and make him feel bad with your superior knowledge. I'm sure you didn't know everything as a newbie either.

Did you let the suspension fully settle before tightening the bolts for the front end?

Donated to the walk last week Mark. Haven't you done this for a few years. My sister-in-law with MS finally made it into a permanent care facility 8 months ago after we took care of her for 14.5 years.

My corner carver Supercab,
Supercharged F150 Lightning. Ran in the 1995 Silverstate Classic open road race. Almost hit 150mph. I was supposed to run it at the Ferrari Virginia city hill climb one year but after keeping up with them on the fast drive up and even going to pass one of them until I was cut off, they had a  meeting and decided to make it a "car" only event so I couldn't set a faster time than some of the Ferrari's.
