Given the PI intake is painted engine color from the factory it would be prudent to use a modern equivalent. NOS originals are typically brittle and can have have hidden fractures that cause leaks once installed . As long as the modern gasket is shaped the same or trimmed to look shaped the same in the limited areas that are visible once installed you are good . With that all said If you just have to have a NOS original PM me as I have a set or two on the shelf .
