1968 Mustang "California Special" GT/CS

1968 Mustang “California Special” GT/CS. I put over $6,000.00 into the car this past spring. I have less than 200 miles on Original Engine and Transmission that was professionally rebuilt. Also, car just got Brakes, upper ball joints and new tires. I have all receipts for the work and engine has a transferable warranty. The car is Candy Apple Red GT/CS with black stripes and black interior. It has a 289 with automatic transmission. Car has original interior and is believed to be almost 100% original paint. Car has No Rust. Car has less than 71,000 original miles. Car is in the 1989 and 1996 GT/CS registry books which go with the sale. It will be in new registry book currently being printed. I have a Marti-Report that confirms car is an original California Special GT/CS. I’m asking $22,000. The car is located in New Jersey. If interested contact me at gary@metroquip.com for more information. Regards,Gary.

1965 GT Fastback

Extremely rare factory GT Fastback in Raven Black, 4 speed and air conditioning! The car also has Rally Pac and Style Steel wheels. Out of Dry storage since 1973, this car has had the exhaust and brake system replaced with stock components. This is an excellent foundation for a concours restoration. Runs strong and fast. Very tight!

**Out of 71,000 fastbacks approx 10% had 4 speed, 9% had A/C and 2.5% were GT. We also know that about 60% of production was a shade of red. Do the math and you find this is one of a handful built! If that's not enough, this car was built in the first 5 weeks of GT production!

Door Tag reads:
VIN = 5F09AXXXXXX
Body = 63A (Std. Interior 2+2 Fastback)
Color = A (Raven Black)
Trim = 26 (Standard black interior)
Date = 24S (May 24th 1965)
DSO = 55 (St. Louis)
Rear = 1 (3.00:1)
Trans = 5 (4 speed manual)

Shown by appointment.

1970 Mach I resto mod with 427 SOHC Cammer drivetrain

Hello, everyone this is a 1970 Mach I resto mod Mustang. This was finished a couple months ago and just stored in the garage. It has never been used since full restoration. It has 1 test mile on it. The body recieved a full roisserie restore. It is all metal with no filler. The interior was all replaced and well as the custom suspension, drivetrain, etc. The engine is a custom 427 SOHC cammer motor that pushes out a whopping 630 HP. These were very rare engine being only 500-700 ever made in 1964 by Ford. This one is extremly rare as it was also a Holman and Moody racing engine. The transmission is a built C-6 with a shift kit and a 3500 stall convertor. The rear end is a Ford 9" Detroit Locker with 350 gears. The suspension is a Martz 4 link. It also has a full Martz chassis as well. The car has 4 wheel Wilwood power disk brakes. The rotors are vented and slotted for better braking. The wheels are 17" American racing polished alloys wheels. The car has custom autometer gauges. The car also has A/C and power steering which was added. If anyone has any questions please feel free to call me at 570-875-7109. Sorry but no trades. Thanks so much. Marty

(more)

P.S. I have a link to about 75 plus full page pictures and also 2 walk around videos of the car. It show the car starting and running in case anyoe is extremly interested. Please feel free to call me at 570-875-7109. Feel free to call and tell me your offer.

1992 Mustang GT Convertible - Stock

I am the 2nd owner of this very stock 70K mile car. The original owners, who I know well, had never taken the car out in the rain for the first 9 years of its life. I have owned the car for the last 8 years. It had been driven for a good bit of that time as my daily driver, so it has certainly seen rain and some snow, but it has basically been garage kept its entire life. I have a picture of the car when it was sitting on the dealer's lot in 1992, the original window sticker and a folder of receipts, etc. A clean Carfax is also available upon request. The only changes made to the car have been a Flowmaster exhaust, K&N filter, and I had a shift kit installed to help it shift a little better. Otherwise, it is bone stock. It is not perfect by any means, but still looks pretty darn good for a car with original paint. The interior is nearly perfect. Generally the interiors on these cars are beat, but I'm very particular with mine. The tires are nearly brand new and all new brakes have just been installed this week including new rotors. The current inspection is valid until 4/10. This car has never had any problems passing inspection and it will not again when due. The only known issues with the car are that it will eventually need a new top. It does not leak and is fully functional, but does have some cracks in the areas where it folds b/c I have used the top quite a bit. Also, the power door locks do not work. I have disconnected both regulators, which are known to go bad, and simply never cared about replacing them. Finally, there were a few rust spots on the car over the years, which were simply surface rust, but they have been sanded and touched up professionally by my restorer. I collect antique cars, so I had the same person perform the work on this car to make sure it was done right. I didn't want to repaint the entire car, so he dabbed the spots with a brush. Can you see them -- absolutely, but they have been fixed properly. I did not want to repaint the entire car when it isn't necessary. Is this a show car -- absolutely not. Could you take it to a car cruise and be proud of it -- sure. Is it a really nice driver that will last probably another 100K miles without having to do a whole lot to it except maybe a new top and eventually a new paint job if that was desired -- definitely. If you are looking for a modified car, this isn't it. If you prefer a stock car, which are getting hard to find, this car is worth considering. I am selling this car to make room for a fox body Saleen hatchback. The car has been babied its entire life, so I hope it finds a good next home. Please ask if you have any questions. More pictures available upon request. I will also consider reasonable offers. Jason (412-364-6970 or gt350man@verizon.net)
